Valid RN license in Colorado
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Post op cardiac experience
Venous puncture

Unit Details

Staffed with 51 total staff
Day shift includes 1 free charge, 9 bedside RN, and 1 PCT
Night shift includes 1 free charge and 9 bedside RN
Patient ratios are 1:2 and 1:1
Equipment includes Philip monitor, alaris and medfusion IV pumps
EMR: Meditech

Typical Procedures

Conscious sedations
Care of respiratory failure (ETT, HFOV)
CT placement
Central line maintenance and care
