Assignment Overview

Travel assignment in Rockport, Maine
Operating Room role
13 weeks
36 hours per week
4 nine-hour shifts, 0700-1630
1 opening

Schedule and Call

Call shifts required on weeknights and weekends
1 weeknight call per week
1 weekend call every 6 to 7 weeks
No weekend scheduled hours

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (5 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS

Preferred Experience

Ortho
Urology
OB/GYN
General
ENT

Unit Details

Floor: Operating Room
100-bed facility
Surgical patients
1:1 patient ratio
Standard OR equipment

Float Scope

May be asked to help on other units for 1:1 during low census, but this is not regular

Pros

This hospital is hands down the least toxic hospital I have ever had the privilege of working. I absolutely love the people I work with. Everyone I come into contact with likes what they do and they do it with passion. It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s close.
