Facility & Unit Overview

• Acute care facility with 44 medical-surgical beds
• Level II Trauma Center
• Patient population: all ages
• Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 6 patients
• Electronic Health Record system: Meditech
• Unit includes a 10-bed ICU, 12-bed Geriatric Psychiatry Unit, 12-bed Acute Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Unit, Skilled Nursing Unit, Sleep Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab, five OR Suites, two Endoscopy Suites, and a 13-bay Emergency Room
• Call requirement: as needed; must arrive within 30 minutes to 1 hour if called in

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Certifications required prior to start: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Healthcare Worker Certification (HWC)
