Number of Beds: 600
Daily Patient Census: 500-600
Equipment Used: DoseEdge (experience required/preferred), Pyxis ES (preferred), Meditech EMR (preferred)
Typical Procedures: Mainly working in inpatient pharmacy setting

Requirements

Valid Pharmacist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience within the last year
De-escalation skills in healthcare settings
Knowledge of USP 800 hazardous drug risk guidelines
Hepatitis B vaccination
MMR vaccination
Varicella vaccination
TDAP vaccine or TD booster
TB testing
Fit test

Work Environment

Dress Code: Scrubs in maroon/wine color
Schedule: Every other weekend required; on-call details not specified
Personality Fit: Busy, dislikes boredom
