Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona
- Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Certificate via ASHA
- Minimum of 1 year of Speech Language Pathologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
