Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee
• Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS

Assignment Details

• Department: Occupational Therapy
• Primarily outpatient services for pediatrics and adults
• Float scope includes outpatient adult/pediatrics and helping in the acute hospital as needed, minimally
• Patient population includes geriatrics, adults, pediatrics, musculoskeletal, neuro, and developmental
• Patients are seen 1:1

• Required certifications must be completed prior to start
• Scrubs may be any color, but attire must look professional
• Open-toed shoes, hoodies, and casual wear are not allowed
