Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Maine
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- NRP
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience
Clinical Experience
- Must be able to work with adult acute and critical care patients
- Must be able to float to NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, and the emergency department
Preferred Experience
- NICU/PICU experience
- Cardiothoracic experience
Schedule Notes
- Call required: 2 hours for the oncoming shift
Unit Details
- Patient ratios: 1:25 for acute care and 1:8 for critical care
- Team covers the entire facility with 14–16 respiratory therapists

- Hamilton T1 and C1
- Respironics V30 and V60
- Trilogy line
- Airvo
- Vapotherm
Additional Notes
- ACLS is preferred
- NRP is required for NICU care
