Scheduling: 6-week schedules; 3 call shifts required within each 6-week period
Floating Policy: Float within peri-anesthesia areas (Endoscopy, PreOp, Phase II)
Documentation System: Cerner
Unit Staffing: Unit secretaries and 4 patient care technicians (PCTs) assigned to specific pods; PCTs assist with labs, catheterizations, and patient transport
Required Scrub Colors: Surgical green or navy

Standard PACU equipment used
Emphasis on positive patient experience
Supportive team environment with experienced staff
Opportunities to work with advanced technology and specialized patient populations
