MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Job Overview

• Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
• Hours per week: 36
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• 3 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Additional Hiring Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Emergency contact form
• CORI release
• Annual background checks and required registry/search screenings
• Annual pass/fail testing and competency testing
• Color blindness testing before start
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit testing for N95 mask
• Tdap vaccination
• TB screening or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Annual COVID vaccination or approved exemption
• Annual flu vaccination or approved exemption
• 2 recent work references

• Pass/fail testing includes EKG and medication testing on the first day of orientation.
