• Travel/Contract role in Brownwood, Texas
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
• 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience in an Outpatient setting
• Government issued photo ID
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check
• 7-year background check within 1 year of start; update annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Education verification at highest level
• Texas DADS Employability Status Check within 30 days of start
• Texas Employee Misconduct Registry check within 30 days of start
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Negative TB or chest X-ray, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Rubeola (Measles), completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Mumps, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Rubella, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Hepatitis B, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Varicella, completed within 72 hours of signing contract
• Drug testing plan in place within 72 hours of signing contract
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with THC within 10 business days prior to start date
• 2 references within 3 years of start
• Resume/application
• Skills checklist
• Color blind testing online
• Competency exam
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam

Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP, as applicable
• CHEMO, as applicable
• TNCC, as applicable
• EFM, as applicable

• NIH Stroke Certification, as applicable
• Tech Cert Verification - National within 30 days of start

Facility Requirements

• Orientation modules required; estimated 3–4 hours
• Parking available for orientation and employment parking after orientation, no fee
• Fit test required annually; onsite option available at additional cost
• TB questionnaire required for all candidates regardless of TB status
• Flu vaccine or exemption required for the 2026–27 season
• Candidate must review/sign facility documents prior to start
• Candidate must complete traveler orientation
• Candidate must complete traveler identification form prior to start
