Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• Pending license not accepted
• California state license required for this role
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• NRP required
• CHEMO required
• TNCC required
• EFM required
• IV Certification required
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) required
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• CPI required
• Tech Cert Verification - National required
• State License - Copy of Professional License required
• NURSYS verification required as applicable
• Competency Exam required as applicable by profession/specialty
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as applicable by profession
• Skills Checklist required for applicable unit
• Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Employment application required and must include at least the last 5 years of employment
• Work history verification required only when submitting an exception request in lieu of meeting reference requirements
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask required
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required within 10 years
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required
• Rubeola (Measles) required
• Mumps required
• Rubella required
