Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Everett, Washington.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 16:30–5:00.
• First-timers accepted with at least 2 years of experience.
• Weekends required.
• Float required.
• Locals not accepted.
• Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2-week period.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.

Unit / Setting

• Large ED with patients ranging from low acuity to high acuity, including Stroke, STEMI, trauma, critically ill, Behavioral Health, and acute care boarding in the ED.
• Level 2 adult trauma center.
• Level 3 pediatric trauma center.
• Primary stroke receiving center.
• Thrombectomy center accepting transfers in.
• STEMI receiving center.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience).
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course.
• NIHSS.
• Experience with Epic.

Additional Notes

• RTO must be submitted with the application.
• Candidates should be flexible to work holidays.
• Scrub color: any, except no reddish orange.
• Charting system: EPIC.
• Parking is facility paid.
