- Home health assignment
- 13-week contract
- 8:00am–5:00pm, 40 hours per week
- Weekend rotation every 4–6 weeks

- Coverage area: Van Buren, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo County
- Leader will call to interview
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
