Overview

- Schedule note: Must work at least every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1.5 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Hiring Requirements
- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation
- Background check required before start
- Fingerprinting required before start
- Education verification required
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance required within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination/documentation required
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination documentation required
- Drug screening required
- Flu vaccination/documentation required
- 2 references required
- Employment application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years in acute care and in a similar area to the assignment
- Skills checklist required annually

- Online training modules must be completed before start
- SafeMedicate prep materials are provided for review before orientation
