CT Technologist Job Opportunity – Oregon, Pendleton

Position Overview

Job Title: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
Location: Pendleton, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Department: Radiology – CT/X-ray (Computed Tomography)
Typical Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: None
Call or Standby: No call required

Job Duties & Work Environment

Perform CT and X-ray imaging studies (average 5-10 CT scans and 10-20 X-rays per shift)
Use of GE X-ray and Toshiba CT equipment
Utilize McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR systems
No floating or coverage of other areas required
No IV starts required
Radiologist available on-site until 5:00 PM
Radiation badge preferred but not required at time of application; may be requested after offer acceptance
Scrub color: Black (scrubs not provided)
Department orientation includes a checklist

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Additional Information

Department has one scanner/room
No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA) used in the department
