Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
CVOR experience within the last year
2 years of CVOR experience
One completed travel assignment
Thoracic Surgery experience
Vascular Surgery experience

Job Details

Unit orientation: 1 week
Mandatory call required
Call schedule: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
Call response time: 30 minutes
May float within other services of the OR
Open to direct hire or permanent opportunities

Clinical Experience

Cardiac surgery cases include CABG, valve repair/replacement, ECMO, and transplant
Thoracic surgery cases include robotic, endoscopic, and open procedures
Vascular surgery cases include angiography, endarterectomy, dialysis access management, AAA repair, visceral arterial repair/intervention, and amputation

Additional Notes

Onboarding starts at another location for at least 1 week before moving to the assigned facility
Ceil blue surgical scrubs are provided
Housing is available for call coverage, at additional cost
