Location

• Globe, Arizona

Contract

• 13 weeks
• Contract employment
• 36 hours per week
• Day shift with call
• Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM
• 7–10 days of call per month, including weekends

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS
• Neurosurgery experience
• Flu vaccine required
• Permanent address must be outside a 100-mile radius of the facility

Schedule / Assignment Notes

• Up to 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply

• Total joints

• OBGYN, including C-sections
• Endoscopy
• Neurosurgery
• Robotics
• ENT
• Cataracts

Preferred Experience

• Neuro experience preferred

Additional Details

• Approximately 120 cases per month
• Uses Hana Tables, Stryker, Arthrex, and Medacta
