Department: Respiratory Therapy
Beds: 350
Staff: 38 total
- Day Shift: 1 Charge, 5 staff
- Night Shift: 1 Charge, 5 staff
Patient Ratios: Variable
Equipment Used: Hamilton G5/C1/T1, V60, Vyair Avea ventilators
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

Typical Procedures

Ventilator Management
Airway Management

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Meditech EMR system
Experience in Pediatrics (PEDS), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
