Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Role involves providing home hospice care, traveling by personal vehicle between patient appointments (mileage reimbursed at the federal rate).
Patient ratio approximately 1:15.
Work primarily with hospice patients in a home care setting.
Use of electronic medical records system (Home Care Home Base).

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of hospice experience, including experience within the last year
Current BLS and CPR certification
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in a home care setting
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between patient homes

This is a home hospice nursing role requiring travel by personal vehicle within the assigned county.
Candidates without hospice experience will not be considered.
