RN Circulator - Surgery

Location: Beckley, West Virginia Contract Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Employment Type: Travel Unit: Operating Room (7 OR rooms, 1:1 patient ratio) Patient Population: All ages Trauma Level: Level III

Schedule and Hours

• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 (40 hours per week listed)
• Shift: See shift details
• Orientation: Biweekly, on Wednesdays
• Weekend hours: Every other weekend or as needed, with potential for coverage/call
• Call: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
• Float: As needed, interdepartmental

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of OR circulating experience
• OR circulating experience within the last year
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience circulating in podiatry surgery, including working with podiatry patients
• Experience circulating in gynecological surgery
• Experience with the da Vinci surgical robot
• Urology experience
• Orthopedics experience
• Vascular surgery experience
