Nuclear Medicine Tech I

Assignment Details

  • Location: Jacksonville, Florida
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Hours per week: 40

Role Overview

  • Produce high-quality images that meet radiology standards.
  • Work with a variety of equipment and technology.
  • Follow safety guidelines for patients and staff.
  • Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Be flexible to work at different locations and shift lengths.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Florida
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
  • CNMT or ARRT (N) Nuclear Medicine

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with nuclear medicine equipment and procedures
  • Excellent patient care skills
  • Ability to work professionally within a large team
  • Ability to operate a PET/CT scanner and/or perform Nuclear Cardiology Cardiolite perfusion scans

Education

  • Associate’s degree preferred
