Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse

Contract Length: 22 weeks
Job Description
- Work Tier 5 cases involving GU/GYN/Transplant surgeries including kidney, pancreas procurement, and robotic surgeries.
- Procedures include kidney transplant, DaVinci Xi robot-assisted surgeries, hysterectomy, urological and gynecological robotic surgeries, nephrectomy, HOLEP, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, laparoscopic gynecology, anterior/posterior repair, abdominal hysterectomy, and organ procurements.
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts, primarily day/evening (06:40–19:10) three times weekly, with potential for one later shift (09:40–22:10) biweekly. Includes weekend rotation and weekday on-call requirements.
- Must have experience in Urology, Gynecology/Oncology, kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, and robotic surgery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in Gynecology/Oncology, Urology, Transplant Surgery, kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, robotic surgery, and OB/GYN
