Role Overview

• Inpatient 5th Fl Med/Oncology Unit
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 12-hour shifts
• Will take medical patients along with chemo patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Oncology (2 years of experience)
• Oncology experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• ONS/ONCC
• Experience with Cerner
• Experience with Epic
• Physical exam within 6 months of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 3 months of start
• 10 panel drug screen including Cannabinoids (THC) within 30 days of start
• COVID: fully vaccinated with two-dose series
• Emergency Contact Form
• Facility parking registration form
• System Access Security Acknowledgement
• Aya Job Description signed prior to start
• Fit Mask within 12 months of start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
• Rubeola (Measles) positive titer within 5 years of start
• Mumps positive titer within 5 years of start
• Rubella positive titer within 5 years of start
• Hepatitis B positive titer within 5 years of start
• Varicella positive titer within 5 years of start
• References: 2 Professional References within 3 years of start
• Skills Checklist 1 annually
• Florida - AHCA Level II Fingerprint Results

Preferred

• Epic charting experience

Additional Notes

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Background check and HHS/OIG screening are required
• Annual TB questionnaire is required
• Flu vaccination or declination must be on file year-round
• Medical and religious COVID exemptions are accepted
