Overview

Specialty: Registered Nurse
Location: Knoxville, Tennessee
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 8 weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Call: 4–6 weeknights and 1 weekend call shift every ~6 weeks; holiday rotation required
Float: Required
Orientation: Bi-weekly
RTO: No RTO requests at booking; must be discussed with managers during assignment

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ability to circulate in the operating room
Ability to perform total joint surgeries
Ability to float to other units

Preferred / Role-Specific Skills

Circulate

NIHSS may be obtained after accepting
Local candidates are defined as within 75 miles of the facility
Badge photo, background check, drug screen, TB clearance, flu documentation, physical exam, and other onboarding documents are required before start
