Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Morgantown, West Virginia
• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• Weekdays with every other weekend
• Blocked schedule: yes
• Ratios: 1:5-6
• Possible extension: yes
• Scrubs provided: no; burgundy and/or white

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in West Virginia
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• 1 year of Med Surg experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• IV insertion skills
• 8 CEU hours of stroke education required annually
• Negative 2 Step PPD, QGold, or TSPOT within 1 year of start, or chest X-Ray within last 2 years with TB Questionnaire if history of positive TB
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B titer, 3-series vaccine, or declination
• COVID vaccine or declination
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
• Color Blind Exam
• Physical exam
• 10-panel drug test within 30 days of start
• 2 clinical references
• Complete application/resume
• Skills checklist
• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify proof or attestation
• Background check
• Education verification
• Employment verification
• RN license verification
• Required certifications must be on file before start

Preferred

• Oncology experience
• ONS chemo/bio cert

Additional Notes

• Cerner is the EMR used onsite
• No prior travel experience required
• Attendance expectation: 2-3 call offs tolerated per contract
