Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting

Job Details

Floating required as needed to Med/Surg Telemetry and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs
Inpatient orthopedics and acute care experience are required
Nurse-to-patient ratios may increase based on staffing and unit needs
On-call is not required

Additional Notes

RTO is limited to 10 days maximum and is not allowed during specified blackout dates
Candidates must be comfortable working in environments with flexible, higher staffing ratios
Epic is used for charting
Navy scrubs are required
