Job Overview

Specialty: Pharmacy
Location: Chesapeake, Virginia
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: 5x8 rotating shifts, weekdays with some weekends; every 3rd weekend. Overnight rotation is 7 nights on, 7 nights off.
Shift options: Day, evening, and overnight shifts
Contract length: 21 weeks
Holiday requirement: Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Virginia
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
1 year of experience as a Pharmacist
Recent Pharmacist experience within the last year
Experience in an Inpatient setting
IV admixture/IV pharmacy experience
Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) experience
Antibiotic management
Experience with Epic
