Operating Room RN

Overview

• Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 5x8.5 hours, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Rotation includes late days until 7:00 PM, 1–2 times per week
• Call is currently covered, but may be possible

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• 2 years of Operating Room experience
• One completed travel assignment
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Required Certifications

• ACLS

Required Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check completed before start and updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
• HHS/OIG screening
• NURSYS verification, as applicable
• State license primary source verification
• Competency exam, as applicable
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
• Signed confidentiality and information security acknowledgment
• Review and sign orientation and standards documents before start
• Complete facility modules before start
• Complete required health screening and immunization documentation before start
• Two professional references within 3 years of start
• Employment application
• Skills checklist, updated annually
• Current COVID vaccination or COVID declination form
• Flu vaccination documentation or approved declination/waiver
• Tdap within 10 years or declination
• TB screening and annual TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or documentation
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Passport-style photo for badge
