Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Schedule: Every other to every third weekend as needed; every other holiday; no on-call
- Experience: Circulating experience preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
- AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Professional Requirements
- Signed forms including:
- Code of Conduct
- Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
- OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check including aliases and locations
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
- Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check)
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check
Additional Notes
- Resume and skills checklist (within the last year) plus two professional references required for submission.
- Agency will provide the skills checklist for clinical contractors.
- License and certification verifications must include scanned copies with expiration dates and front/back images where applicable.
- All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
