Overview

• Location: Radcliff, Kentucky
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12p-12a, every other weekend with a set schedule; off every Wednesday
• Hours per week: 36

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous nursing experience
• BSN

Role Summary

• Provides direct patient care on the unit, including nursing rounds, assessments, treatments, admission/transfer/discharge activities, patient and family education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning
• Performs comprehensive assessments, documents findings, and responds to changes in patient condition
• Delegates appropriately and oversees team members in patient care activities
• Supports discharge planning and unit quality improvement activities
