Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Onboarding Requirements
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position, within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
- Fit test for N95 within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) attestation, if fit test is required for the skill
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- Influenza vaccine
- TB test documentation
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI form
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
