RN role in ED Observation
36 hours per week
Rotating days/eves/nights with every other weekend
Adult patient population
16 observation beds
Floating required
Rotating shifts required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
2 or more years of total travel experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or CHSF or Military
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or CHSF or Military
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or CHSF or Military
TNCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

16 new observation beds for patients and holds
Clinician-to-patient ratio: 4:1 or 5:1 depending on unit needs
Census: 10-16
