• Travel/contract role
• Day shift, 3x12 hours
• 36 hours per week
• Medical-surgical/telemetry unit
• Floating within scope may be required
• Weekend shifts required: 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Required qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of telemetry experience
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS issued by American Heart Association
• Cardiac care experience with self-rating of 3 or above
• Basic dysrhythmia training with self-rating of 3 or above
• Background check required before start
• Copy of diploma or transcript required before start
• Unit-specific competency exam required
• 2 references required before start
• Work history verification for the last 3 years required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, and flu documentation required
• Drug screen required within 30 days of start

Schedule and attendance

• No on-call requirement
• No block schedule accommodation
• No holiday RTO
• Maximum of 5 total RTO days in a 13-week assignment
• No additional RTO after submission or while on contract
• Holiday RTO is not approved the day before, day of, or day after a holiday
• Zero-fault attendance policy

Compliance and onboarding

• Must commit to going into the lab within 48–72 hours of signing
• Parking registration form must be completed within 48–72 hours after signing
