Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Richmond, Virginia
13-week assignment
Rotating schedule between day and night shifts; shifts do not rotate within the same week
Local candidates are allowed at the same rate
Must work at least 2 holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (3 years of experience)
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Schedule

36 hours per week
12-hour shifts

Background check required
Drug screen required within 60 days of start
Physical exam required within 1 year of start
TB screening or chest X-ray required
Tdap vaccination or declination required
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for applicable start dates
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers required
Hepatitis B documentation required
Annual TB questionnaire required
Annual skills checklist required
Color blindness testing required
Abuse reporting competency required
HIPAA acknowledgement required
Orientation modules must be completed by the Friday of orientation week
Orientation includes unit-specific testing and competency checks
