Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Job Details

• Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy)
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (two days 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, two days 7:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Patient Care: 60-minute one-on-one treatment sessions with no overlapping patients
• Facility Layout: Treatment rooms surrounding a large gym space

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Additional Requirements

• Photo for badge (passport-style, shoulders up, no filters)
• Completion of facility-specific compliance and confidentiality documents prior to start
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as applicable
• Color blindness test if applicable to specialty (not typically required for PT)
• Annual skills checklist required

• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position

• Flu vaccine exemptions require completion of facility exemption forms at orientation
