Role Summary

• Obstetrics Unit RN providing care for expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
• When the Obstetrics unit has no active patients, the RN will be assigned to Med/Surg.

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 1700 - 0530
• May work weekends, holidays, and shift rotations as needed

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Idaho
• Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
• Experience working with Neonate patients
• Post Partum experience
• BLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• PALS upon hire or within 1 year of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN

Additional Notes

• No local candidates within a 120-mile radius
• Up to 36 hours of call off per 13-week assignment
