Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm.
Rotating on-call and weekend coverage required occasionally.
Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in various settings including private homes, nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.
Serve as a Primary Registered Nurse with an assigned caseload, leading the interdisciplinary team for those patients.
Act as a teacher to patients and caregivers, helping them set personal care goals and build confidence in caregiving.
Manage symptom control and provide generalist care across all diseases, requiring strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Flexible daily schedule to support work/life balance.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
Minimum of 2 years of hospice nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Prior travel experience is not required.
This role involves hospice nursing, focusing on end-of-life care and symptom management.
