- 8-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- May need to float to recovery
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- 2 years of OR experience
Preferred Experience
- Endoscopy experience
- Recovery and/or pre-op experience
Assignment Details
- Rural hospital setting
- OR unit with 2 OR suites and 1 endoscopy suite
- Common cases include general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, endoscopy, and pain management
- Scrubbing is preferred for RNs
- 3-shift orientation
Call Requirements
- Weeknight call is shared among staff
- Weekend call is required
- Holiday call is required
- 45-minute call response time
