Job Overview

• Travel assignment in Portsmouth, New Hampshire
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule includes day shifts with weekend rotation
• Weekly hours: 36

Required Qualifications

• Endoscopy Technician with 2 years of experience
• Endoscopy Technician experience within the last year
• BLS
• CFER
• Familiarity with Olympus endoscopes
• Familiarity with medivators
• Leak testing knowledge/skills
• Knowledge of colonoscopy procedures
• Knowledge of EGD procedures
• Knowledge of ERCP procedures
• Knowledge of bronchoscopy procedures
• Knowledge of EUS procedures
• Endoscope reprocessing knowledge and skills

Work Setting

• Endoscopy unit
• May float to the main OR Sterile Processing Department if volume is light

Key Skills / Experience

• Reprocessing endoscope knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with Olympus endoscopes, medivators, and leak testing
• Knowledge of colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, bronchoscopy, and EUS

Responsibilities / Procedures

• Supports procedures including EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, BARRYX ablations, bronchoscopies, Bravo placements, HET, TIF, EBUS, and EUS

Schedule / Call

• Works Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weeknight call from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 24-hour weekend call coverage

• Hospital scrubs are provided
• Closed-toe shoes are required
