Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in North Carolina
  • PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

  • Acute care unit
  • 30 beds
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Floating may include TCU

Clinical Setting

  • Patient mix includes med-surg and ICU-level care
  • Common procedures include IV starts, CVL, arterial lines, Foley catheters, EKG monitoring, and wound care

Preferred Experience

  • ICU/stepdown experience
  • Med-surg experience is preferred
