Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
TNCC
CPI

Required Certifications

ACLS
BLS
PALS
NIHSS
ENPC within 90 days of hire

Schedule

Every other weekend
Must be able to meet department scheduling needs
Cannot commit to block scheduling

Unit Notes

Emergency department with 101 beds
Typical patient ratio is 4:1 for medical patients; up to 7:1 for behavioral holds
No floating outside the emergency department

Additional Information

Previous HCA experience is preferred
Navy scrubs are required
Cerner is used for documentation
