Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Week: 36 (weekend hours variable)

Job Description

Provide nursing care in a 66-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
Care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Patient population primarily includes geriatric and neuro rehab patients.
Patient ratio approximately 7:1.
Use Cerner EHR system.
Consistent block schedule including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Texas
Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including experience within the last year
Skilled Nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
LVN degree or ADN degree or BSN degree or higher nursing degree

No float or call requirements.
Scrub color: royal blue.
Report time: 6:45 AM.
Free onsite parking available.
Report to Charge Nurse upon arrival.
