Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location

Sanford, North Carolina
Small-town setting with access to Raleigh, Durham, and the Research Triangle region
Close to multiple golf courses and local breweries

Employment Type

Travel assignment
Contract length: 13 weeks
Night shift
36 guaranteed hours per week
Rotating weekends
On-call requirements

Unit and Patient Population

Respiratory Care Department
100-bed facility
Patient population primarily geriatric and adult, with occasional pediatric and neonatal patients
Equipment used: V-60, Servo-I, Optiflow
Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
Able to work independently during night shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in North Carolina
Respiratory Care Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience within the last year
Experience working with neonate patients

Clinical Focus

Common diagnoses include COPD and respiratory distress
Trauma level: Not specified

Dress Code

Solid scrub top and bottom required
