Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: White Hall, Arkansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

• Acute rehabilitation setting in a 40-bed inpatient unit (including a 12-bed Traumatic Brain Injury unit)
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Patient-to-therapist ratio approximately 5:1
• Work schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Weekend hours: half to full day on Saturday and Sunday, depending on census and patient needs
• One weekend per month required (Saturday and Sunday) for full-time and PRN staff
• Electronic Health Record system: Cerner

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arkansas

• Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA)
• Below Knee Amputation (BKA) / Above Knee Amputation (AKA)
• Hip fractures and replacements
• Knee replacements
• Brain Injury
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Debility
• Cardiac conditions

• Vectra Bioness Gait Training System
• Bionik Arm
• Synaptic
• Lite Gait
• Saebo
• Ekso Skeleton (coming soon)

Additional Information

• Flexible thinker and team-oriented personality fit preferred
• Scrub color on first day: black
• Report time on first day: 8 AM
• Parking available in front of the facility

Weekly Hours

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Typically scheduled for 40 hours per week
