Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN

Job Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Charleston, South Carolina
Pediatric critical care float pool assignment
Night shift: 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
36 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Holiday rotation required
Floating required within scope to pediatric units
First-time travelers accepted if they meet the experience requirement
Block scheduling may be accommodated with manager approval, depending on unit needs
Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis if within 60 miles

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Critical Care Float experience
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NRP

Preferred Experience

ECMO experience
CRRT experience

Additional Notes

RTO must be submitted at time of application and is subject to unit approval
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Travelers may be assigned to emergency response duties during hurricane season
