Role

• Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics RRT

Schedule

• Night shift, 3x12 hours
• 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Blocked shifts

Assignment details

• 13-week travel/contract assignment
• The role works alone on shift
• Coverage is primarily for ER patients, with occasional observation patients
• Services are provided in the ER until transfer to a larger facility is needed for patients who must remain on a ventilator or BiPAP/CPAP
• No holiday RTO

Required qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Arkansas
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association or United States Department of Defense
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association or United States Department of Defense
• State license verification
• NURSYS verification, as applicable and required for all RNs
• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Highest level of educational diploma
• Arkansas state criminal search
• Initial physical, updated annually
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, with annual update
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within the last 12 months
• Flu vaccination during flu season, or masking for the duration of the contract if declined
• 2 clinical references
• Complete application/resume
• Skills checklist for the applicable unit

Preferred

• PALS
• NRP
• TNCC
• Signed Lotus HIPAA form or Core testing for subs, if applicable
