Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Clinical Experience / Skills

• Experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, and central lines
• Experience with medication titration, including amiodarone, Cardizem, nitro, insulin, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, Isuprel, milrinone, and argatroban

Schedule / Assignment Details

• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Orientation includes 16 hours
• Summer holidays: required to work 1–2 of Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day

Additional Notes

• At least 1 travel contract completed is preferred
• EPIC is used as the EMR
