Employment Type: Temporary

Hours per Day: 8
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Evaluate patient needs, establish goals, and provide interventions to help patients achieve independence with activities of daily living.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Provide supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and OT/OTA students.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality.
Complete timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Develop professional skills through continuing education and evidence-based practice.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to transfer and position patients.
Includes weekend rotation (Saturday and Sunday) as applicable.

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting
Valid driver's license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
