• Friday through Monday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (CT)

Onboarding Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination documentation; declination or exemption is not accepted in Illinois
• MMR documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• TB screening within 1 year of start
• Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
• Fit test for a 3M N95 1860 respirator mask, size small or regular
• Trinity Code of Conduct form
• Trinity I-9
• Confidentiality and information security agreement
• Conflict of interest disclosure form
• EPLS check
• GSA/OIG check
• Integrity and audit services form
• MVR report
• NSO check
• System access form completed one week before start
