Contract position

Schedule

Dayshift, 7 on / 7 off
Rotating schedule: Wednesday to Tuesday
Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–10:00 PM; Saturday–Sunday 11:00 AM–10:00 PM
Rotational shifts include day, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Arizona
Pharmacist (2 years of experience)
Pharmacist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree

Assignment Details

Provides pharmacy and medication management services at the main campus and satellite clinics
Serves patients across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric populations
Includes direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments
May involve specialized pharmacy-based clinics and clinic operations supervision
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start, at additional cost

Additional Information

Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted after a declination form is submitted
